Employers and Businesses

For Employers

Companies need an integrated, end to end International people solutions that take all the hassle out of recruiting offshore, and we have Philippine partners in the business of sending Overseas Workers and who have been in the business for 30 years in order to provide a boutique approach to International recruitment. Our Managing Director previously held the Office of Mediator-Arbiter and Head of Legal Services in a Department of Labor and Employment Regional Office. We know what will work from the Human Resources stand point.

Our aim is to help companies overcome skills shortages by sourcing international candidates for their business or project, simply and efficiently. As long as the occupation is on any skilled list per Immigration policy, we can help you. Let us do the sourcing, assessment and visa work, and take out the hassle of looking for skilled employment overseas.

All of the candidates will be pre-screened and take on Australian assessments with examinations from Australian Standards as per policy of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP). These skills assessments are rigorous and includes English exam tests in order to ensure the proficiency and language needed for the Australian workplace.  We will also do orientations with the workers so as to educate them on the Australian workplace and culture as well as expectations of them.

Services that are in the greatest demand are the provision of Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Welders, Fitters, Sheet Metal Workers, ICT Engineers, Civil/Mechanical Engineers, Accountants and Chef/Cook. We will liaise with our Philippine Recruiter partners to source out the best talents available and have them undergo the rigorous Australian skills and English language assessments before their deployment.
